\u00d6rg\u00fcn e\u011fitim kapsam\u0131nda, \u00f6ncelikli sekt\u00f6rlerin ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu mesleki yetkinlikler analiz edilecek.
