Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 \u0130cra Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Dr. Fatih Birol<\/strong> ise COP31’in T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir f\u0131rsat oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak, Antalya’da elektri\u011fin k\u00fcresel enerji sistemlerindeki pay\u0131n\u0131n 2035’e kadar y\u00fczde 35’e \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir uluslararas\u0131 taahh\u00fct hedeflendi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n

“Bug\u00fcn yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, enerji verimlili\u011fi, sanayimizin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu \u00fcretime ge\u00e7i\u015fi ve yeni teknolojilere uyum, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemin \u00f6nemli yat\u0131r\u0131m alanlar\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Enerjideki bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yat\u0131r\u0131m ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 da beraberinde getiriyor. Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u00fcresel enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n 3,4 trilyon dolara ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131, bunun yakla\u015f\u0131k 2,2 trilyon dolar\u0131n\u0131n temiz enerji alanlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelmesini bekliyor.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrk bankac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak biz de bu alanda \u00f6nemli bir sorumluluk \u00fcstleniyoruz. Yenilenebilir enerjiden enerji verimlili\u011fine; sanayiden ula\u015f\u0131ma, in\u015faattan tar\u0131ma kadar farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rleri destekleyen finansman ara\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131zla \u00fclkemizin enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn finansman\u0131nda aktif bi\u00e7imde yer al\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n

Bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131yla bankac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne kulland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kredi miktar\u0131 1 trilyon TL’nin \u00fczerindedir. Proje finansman\u0131 taraf\u0131nda ise 695 milyar TL’lik enerji kredilerinin 347 milyar TL’lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc yenilenebilir enerji kredileri olu\u015fturuyor. Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle, enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne verilen her 100 TL’lik proje finansman\u0131n\u0131n 53 TL’si yenilenebilir enerjiye sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n

Bankac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak daha fazla kayna\u011f\u0131 ye\u015fil ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla bulu\u015fturmay\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 finansman imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fclkemize kazand\u0131rmay\u0131 ve yeni finansman modelleri geli\u015ftirmeyi \u00f6nceliklerimiz aras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n

1,5 derece hedefi i\u00e7in y\u0131ll\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k 7,8 trilyon dolarl\u0131k iklim yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duyulurken, k\u00fcresel iklim finansman\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 trilyon dolar seviyesinde. T\u00fcrk bankac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak sermayeyi nitelikli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla bulu\u015fturmada \u00f6nemli bir rol \u00fcstleniyoruz. Elektrifikasyon konusunda Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n onay\u0131yla Antalya’n\u0131n ana hedeflerinden biri, bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada y\u00fczde 23 olan elektri\u011fin enerji sistemlerindeki pay\u0131n\u0131 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar y\u00fczde 35’e \u00e7\u0131karmak. Elektrifikasyon hedefinin arkas\u0131nda \u00e7ok uzun bir yat\u0131r\u0131m zinciri var. T\u00fcrkiye’nin uluslararas\u0131 temaslar\u0131nda, Avustralya’yla birlikte ortaya koydu\u011fu bu hedefin giderek daha geni\u015f bir kabul g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Proje finansman\u0131 taraf\u0131nda ise 695 milyar TL\u2019lik enerji kredilerinin 347 milyar TL\u2019lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc yenilenebilir enerji kredileri olu\u015fturuyor.
